This week in Project Blueprint, our Club members got to be operating engineers! IUOE Local #103’s Craig Tyler, Mike Jackson, and Dushan Shepherd were the lead instructors for the session. The kids learned all about how an excavator works and got a chance to practice operating the machine themselves. With guidance from the instructors, the students were tasked with getting the tennis ball attached to the bucket into a small container. It was a challenging task that required focus and precision, but everyone passed with flying colors!
